Job Overview

As an HR Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and non-IT positions. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with candidates and clients, and supporting successful hiring closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, Indeed, job portals and other channels.
  • Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
  • Review resumes, shortlist profiles and conduct initial telephonic screening.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication and interest.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients and hiring managers.
  • Follow up on interview feedback, selection status, offers and joining dates.
  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily progress reports.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to understand hiring requirements and submit qualified profiles on time.
  • Support recruitment operations, candidate engagement and onboarding activities.
  • Manage multiple recruitment assignments and meet agreed recruitment timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline; freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and email communication.
  • Comfortable making recruitment calls and interacting with candidates.
  • Willingness to learn recruitment tools, sourcing techniques and interview coordination.
  • Self-motivated, organised and capable of working independently from home.

Internship and Salary Structure

Phase 1: Internship

  • Duration: Initial 3–4 months.
  • Monthly Stipend: ₹7,000.
  • Remote working arrangement.
  • Practical training and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Performance evaluation based on sourcing quality, screening, communication, productivity and overall learning.

Phase 2: Permanent Employment

After successful completion of the internship and a satisfactory performance evaluation, selected candidates may be offered permanent employment.

  • Monthly Salary: ₹18,000.
  • Permanent employment will be subject to company approval and formal confirmation.

Performance-Based Incentives

-Recruiters will be eligible for an additional 5% incentive on every successful recruitment closure, over and above their monthly stipend or salary.
-Incentives will apply to eligible recruitment closures completed by the recruiter and verified by the company.
-The incentive calculation basis, eligibility conditions and payout timelines will be communicated by management.
-This performance-based incentive structure provides an opportunity to earn additional income based on recruitment performance.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Saturday: Half-day, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
  • Sunday: Weekly off.
  • Work Mode: 100% Remote / Work From Home.
